Culver’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and Ownership Team in overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring every guest receives the warm, welcoming Culver’s experience.

You’ll lead shifts, coach staff, maintain high standards for food safety and cleanliness, manage inventory and scheduling, handle guest concerns with professionalism, and grow within a stable, values‑driven company.

Position Overview
