Dave & Buster's is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager who will provide leadership, supervision, and direction on initiatives and standards to improve business results and guest experience.

You will develop hourly team members, lead recruiting, coaching, and training, uphold core values, and partner with the management team to deliver high-quality, timely results in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER : provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements:

• 21+ years of age
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience

• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
