Job summary

NBUTEXAS is seeking an experienced restaurant leader in a fast-paced, high-volume BBQ group. You will start in a structured training program with mentorship from a top General Manager before taking full General Manager responsibilities.

You’ll oversee both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations, coach teams, and drive guest satisfaction, food quality, and operational excellence while managing P&L, labor, and inventory. A long-term career path with strong mentorship is offered.

Qualifications

• Current Manager or promotable Assistant General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven success leading both FOH and BOH operations.
• Hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Passion for training and developing future leaders.
• Knowledge of scratch kitchen operations, food safety, and ServSafe standards.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
