Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the service and culinary teams, delivering the legendary LongHorn experience. You will set expectations, communicate clearly, and recognize team members to drive outstanding performance.

This on-site role rewards leadership with weekly pay, flexible scheduling, vacation time, and a quarterly bonus, with medical, dental, and vision options from day one.
