We're searching for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Little Acorn, a beloved, intimate establishment with a rich history of serving classic American style food for 53 years.
ResponsibilitiesOversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow, exceptional customer experiences, and efficient operations. This includes opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
Supervise all restaurant staff. Foster a positive, supportive, and productive work environment.
Ensure every customer receives outstanding service. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes.
Address operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and unexpected challenges quickly and effectively.
QualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in restaurant management.
A genuine passion for hospitality and providing exceptional service.
Resourceful, calm under pressure, and capable of quick decision-making.
Comfortable working in an older building with its unique quirks and challenges.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional InformationThe pay will be $15 per hour during training. When you can fully perform all the job functions, the pay will increase to a salary of $4,000 monthly. The job will be through November.
