Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Southlake, TX to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will train teams, coach staff, and drive hospitality excellence while promoting the brand through events and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and sanitation.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
