Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Lexington, Kentucky to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest service. This role focuses on coaching, operations, and brand promotion within the local community.

Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years in restaurant management, strong knowledge of health codes and financials, and a flexible schedule. Join a fast-growing hospitality brand committed to guest experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours
