Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and coach a high-performing team. You will ensure superior guest service, maintain brand standards, and drive community engagement through events. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and excellence in hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in high-volume restaurant management, strong operations knowledge, and a focus on financials and compliance. Flexible hours and on-site work in New York.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification preferred, not required.

Job Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours
