Job summary

Shake Shack in Massachusetts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring superb service and guest satisfaction across the Shack brand. You will train and coach team members, manage staffing and performance, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive brand initiatives, engage with the local community through events and word-of-mouth, and strive for continuous improvement while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
