Job summary

Mendocino Farms is seeking a Restaurant Manager for its South Lake Union location in Seattle. This full-time onsite role leads a team of friendly staff and ensures smooth daily operations while delivering the brand’s Happy! guest experience.

You will oversee scheduling, coaching, inventory, and dining room/service standards, with a focus on growth and leadership development within the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience.
• Ability to coach and develop the team daily.
• Organized and deadline-oriented with focus on results.
• Willing to master every position in the restaurant.
• Strong guest and team relationship skills.
• Comfortable in kitchen and ordering/inventory control.

$80,000 - $86,000 per year, based on experience

Competitive Pay:

• All Mendo Managers are paid on a bi-weekly basis

Schedule:

• Full-Time Availability
• We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

• 1+ years of high-volume restaurant or related hospitality management experience
• Strong coach – gives effective feedback, grows the team every day
• Organized – deadline-oriented and focused on driving results
• Ready to master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else
• Cares about people – builds relationships with guests and team members
• Humble – eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
• Experience with managing a large team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory
