Job summary

Hillstone Restaurant Group in Santa Monica seeks a dynamic hospitality leader to join the Hillstone Management Team. You will begin with an 8-week self-directed training program across all restaurant roles and receive mentorship from experienced staff.

After training, you will lead, train, and mentor staff; oversee inventory and operations; hire and develop team members; and engage guests to deliver memorable dining experiences while collaborating with a management team to ensure restaurant
