Job summary

Hillstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to join the Hillstone Management Team in a dynamic hospitality environment. You will lead restaurant operations, drive service excellence, and mentor staff through a comprehensive 8‑week training program.

After training, you will manage inventory, hire and develop team members, and engage guests to deliver memorable dining experiences while collaborating with the management team to ensure ongoing success.

What We Offer:

• Starting salary: $100,000-$110,000based on experience.
• Performance-based pay, with many General Managers earning over $200K annually.
