Job summary

Onigilly Inc is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our Daly City location at Serramonte Mall. You will direct restaurant operations, recruit and train staff, and ensure financial success and top customer service.

With 2–3 years of managerial experience in food service, you will drive our mission forward, uphold standards, and foster a positive, fast-paced dining environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

Compensation

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
• This position requires 2-3 years of previous experience managing a staff or relevant role, ideally in the restaurant industry
• Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem‑solving skills
