Job summary

Shake Shack in San Marcos, TX is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver guest-focused service. You will train staff, optimize workflows, and uphold brand standards in a high-volume setting.

You'll oversee hiring, scheduling, sanitation, and safety compliance while supporting community outreach and menu execution. A 2-3 year track record in restaurant management is required, with flexibility to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours
