Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Wilmington, NC to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will train staff, motivate the team, and uphold Shake Shack’s hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, brand promotion in the local community, and strict adherence to sanitation and safety regulations while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours
