Job summary

Tc4 & Co.’s Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes in Round Rock, TX is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager. You’ll oversee FOH & BOH operations, ensure guest service and food quality, manage daily staffing, and train team members to deliver warm hospitality during openings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast).
• Strong math and reporting skills and a customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work opening hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

You'll lead the Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes team in Round Rock, creating the warm hospitality and quality experiences our guests love. As Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, develop your team, and ensure every shift runs smoothly while building genuine connections with your community. • Restaurant Assistant Manager

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
