Job summary

Tc4 & Co Hospitality, an Austin-based restaurant group, is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will steward guest service, uphold food quality, and manage staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a superior dining experience.

We seek someone with 2+ years in a similar role, familiarity with Aloha/Toast, strong math skills, and a team-first mindset. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years as Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar hospitality role.
• Experience with restaurant management software (Aloha/Toast) is preferred.
• Strong math and reporting abilities.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH and BOH operations to uphold guest service and food quality standards.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to opening hours.
• Identify ways to minimize costs and improve efficiency.

• Restaurant Assistant Manager

As one of our restaurant leaders, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations to ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld at all times.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of what makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Ultimately, you will help minimize operating costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Communication and team management abilities
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
