Position Title: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring proper staffing to meet guest needs. This role involves learning to control Profit & Loss by working with the General Manager on cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and understanding appropriate actions. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be trained to manage the restaurant’s annual operating budget and oversee profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor costs, operating in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• The Assistant Restaurant Manager should be available to work at the restaurant at all times.
