Fricker’s USA is seeking a capable General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and sustainable profitability. You will coach, train and motivate staff while upholding Fricker’s brand of fun, food, sports and spirits.

The position emphasizes leadership, sales growth, staff development and policy enforcement. You should bring at least two years of restaurant management experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of recent restaurant management experience.
• Minimum of 2 professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor and attitude; Customer/Guest Service Focused.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must have at least two years of recent restaurant management experience preferably in a fast-casual atmosphere.
• Steady, stable employment track record. Minimum of 2 professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor & attitude; Customer/Guest Service Focused
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
