Job summary

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. in Moody, AL seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead front- and back-of-house operations, coach and develop a team, and deliver the warm, country hospitality our guests expect.

You'll drive guest satisfaction, manage inventory, and set standards for service during busy shifts, holidays, and weekends while fostering a culture of belonging and growth across the restaurant.

• 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Willing to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed
