Enzo’s Hideaway in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and oversee daily operations, ensuring outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of managerial experience in a restaurant with similar dining style and volume.
• ServSafe certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to anticipate guest and employee needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule FOH staff and monitor shift responsibilities in line with quality, sanitary, and legal standards.
• Assist team member training and provide feedback for improvements.
• Maintain positive guest relations and high service standards, addressing concerns promptly.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory of the bar.

The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Enzo’s Hideaway and Tunnel Bar in Lake Buena Vista, Florida!

In this guest-facing leadership role, you will be a visible presence on the restaurant floor, ensuring every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience. You will lead and inspire front-of-house team members, oversee daily operations, and maintain the highest standards of hospitality, service, and execution. Success in this role requires strong floor management skills, a passion for engaging with guests, and the ability to create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere while supporting a collaborative team culture. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 – $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
