Job Description:

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER: Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Salary: Compensation ranges from $63,000 USD to $68,000 USD per year.

Requirements:

  • 21+ years of age.
  • 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
  • Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
  • Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

What will you be doing daily?

  • Developing and leading hourly team members to exceed guest expectations.
  • Demonstrating proactive leadership to ensure positive staff and guest experiences through personal interactions.
  • Recruiting, hiring, coaching, training, and developing staff.
  • Living our core values and leading others to do so, collaborating with the management team to achieve high-quality, timely results.
