With limited supervision, the Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the FOH/BOH functions in a restaurant, including appearance, presentation, customer experience, and leadership.

Position Details

• Assist with staffing by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, maintaining high employment standards aligned with the Outback Steakhouse brand.
• Participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Comply with operational, safety, sanitation standards, policies, laws, and meet health inspection standards.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty, setting service standards.
• Have knowledge of the menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• One year of restaurant management experience.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Preferred Requirements

• One year of full-service restaurant management experience (including bar).
• Food safety certification.
• Willingness to relocate within the region.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
