Job summary

Glory Days Grill is seeking aManaging Partner to oversee daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant in Odessa, FL. This hands-on leader will build a high-performing team, manage front and back of house, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching managers, maintaining food safety standards, controlling labor and costs, and building community relationships to represent the Glory Days Grill brand.
