Job summary

Glory Days Grill is seeking a Managing Partner to lead day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role oversees all front and back of house activities, drives financial performance, and ensures food safety standards.

You will mentor managers, optimize labor and food costs, maintain inventory controls, and foster a positive culture while representing the Glory Days Grill brand in the Culpeper area.

• Previous restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
