Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse in New Jersey is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the service and culinary teams. You will set clear expectations, keep lines of communication open, and recognize and reward your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Candidates with a proven track record in developing teams, systems-driven execution, and upward career progression are preferred. This role offers weekly pay, flexible schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package.
