Job summary

RARE Hospitality Management, LLC's LongHorn steakhouse in Henrietta, NY is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our service and culinary teams. You will drive guest satisfaction, set clear expectations, maintain open communication, and reward high performance in a fast-paced steakhouse environment.
