The Restaurant Managerwill work closely with the General Manager and all members of the restaurant’s management team to ensure the restaurant is operating according to the standards set by the executive management team and Momofuku’s corporate office. This role will be responsible for overseeing service and training FOH team members. Momofuku managers are integral and active members of service and are hands on from the beginning to end of the guest experience – with guests, the service team, and with the Back of House team.
The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 5 to 10 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. Momofuku Restaurant Manageremployed in our New York City operations function within a pay band of seventy to seventy five thousand ($70,000 to $75,000) per year. The metrics for each individual pay is as follows: If a candidate meets all of the Required Qualifications, he/she/they are considered qualified for the position and eligible to receive a rate of seventy thousand ($70,000) per year. For each Preferred Qualification the candidate meets, he/she/they are eligible for an additional one thousand dollars($1,000) per year.
