Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager in New Haven, CT to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction. You will train staff, motivate the team, and lead with a coaching mindset to achieve excellence in all Shack operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Pay Range - $53,227.20 - $65,603.20
