Job summary

Shake Shack in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead teams, train staff, and drive hospitality excellence in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2-3 years of management experience, strong operations knowledge, and the ability to manage finances. Flexible hours and a focus on Brand promotion in the local community are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Pay Range - $55,660.80 - $68,556.80
