Job summary

Bar Louie Nashville is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead dining room operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will guide the team, oversee service flow, and partner with the kitchen to ensure timely, high‑quality food and hospitality.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of casual restaurant leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. Evening, holiday, and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• ≥1 year of experience in casual restaurant management or similar leadership role.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Current state-required alcohol and food certifications.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Strong team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Physical endurance for a restaurant environment.
