Job summary

Famous Dave's of America in Missoula, MT is seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Assistant / Associate Manager to lead hourly team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage opening/closing duties. The role requires flexibility in scheduling to support daily operations and delivers high-energy leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience, solid coaching abilities, ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it,

• ServSafe certification (or able to pass).
• Strong problem solving & customer service skills.
