Confidential in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager for our Scratch Kitchen & Liquid Artistry concept. You will oversee daily operations in a high-volume environment, coach a front-of-house team of 20+, and lead the bar program from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a high-volume scratch-kitchen environment.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a front-of-house staff of 20+ team members.
• Drive the Bar Program from concept to execution, including training and ordering.
• Partner with the General Manager to grow the business and maintain level of guest experience.
