What You’ll Do

• Lead the guest experience by using feedback to improve service and increase return visits.
• Train, coach, and develop service and kitchen teams.
• Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere guests want to come back to.
• Reinforce the Mex 1 menu journey, including margaritas and tequila knowledge.
• Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and service.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and fun team culture.
