Darden Restaurants Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead department-level operations in a high-volume upscale setting.

You will model leadership grounded in our core values, develop teams, and ensure flawless execution of service, wine knowledge, and guest satisfaction. The position offers a competitive salary of $70,000–$85,000 per year, quarterly bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, company-paid disability and life insurance, paid vacations

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of current salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant.
• Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge and guest service.
• Proven ability to develop teams and implement systems for great execution.
