Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse in Lynchburg, VA is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire the service and culinary teams, delivering the ultimate steakhouse experience.

You will set clear expectations, keep communication open, recognize and reward team members, and drive performance through a positive, guest-focused culture.

• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable working history which demonstrates upward career progress.
• Current, salaried management experience is preferred.
