The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Los Angeles to lead high-volume operations and deliver standout guest experiences.

You will manage shifts, mentor a diverse team, and ensure financial and operational excellence while upholding brand standards. This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and career growth within a dynamic hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of business operations and financials.
• Experience managing shifts, scheduling, and planning.
• Fosters memorable dining experiences and guest satisfaction.
• Familiar with POS systems and OpenTable or similar systems.
• Lead and develop restaurant team; drive continuous improvement.
