Tands Inc. in LaGrange, GA is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage daily operations, coach a team, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will oversee opening/closing, onboarding new staff, and maintaining safe, clean facilities while promoting a hospitable culture and strong sales performance. This full-time role offers a $16.00–$20.00 hourly wage, a 10-hour shift pattern, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Management Experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
