Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse in California, La Quinta, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire the service and culinary teams to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience—every guest, every time.

You will set clear expectations, keep lines of communication open, and recognize and reward team members. This salaried management role includes weekly pay, flexible schedules, vacation time, a quarterly bonus, and comprehensive benefits. La Quinta location offers a culture of teamwork and growth.
