Chili's Hawaii in Kapolei, HI is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations across our Hawaii locations. You will uphold service standards, manage financials, and coach Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of management experience in foodservice, strong leadership, and the ability to train, hire, and develop staff in a fast-paced environment. Join our ohana for growth and recognition.

About the Job

• Looking for qualified managers for the Hawaii market. Currently 4 restaurants; Kapolei, Waikele, Mililani and Kahala; and willing to drive success at any of our locations.

About You

• Preferred 2-3 year of management experience in the foodservice industry
• Self-motivated and positive with a passion for hospitality
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to lead, coach, train, and inspire Team Members
