Chili's Hawaii is looking for friendly team members to warmly welcome guests and deliver a positive dining experience. No experience is required, and you will help manage the wait list, take To-Go orders, and assist with daily tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a POS system and take To-Go orders.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm, genuine welcome to each guest.
• Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests.
• Manage the wait list and seating to minimize wait times.
• Communicate guest concerns to the manager as appropriate.
• Answer phones, direct calls, and assist with To-Go orders.
• Assist fellow team members as needed.
• Enter orders in proper sequence and process transactions via POS.
• Know the menu to explain offerings to guests.
• Support a positive To-Go experience for every guest.

The Job

• Give a warm genuine welcome to every Guest
• Ensure guest dining experience is exceptional
• Manage the wait list, ensure guests are seated in a timely manner
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager as appropriate
• Answering telephone within three rings, direct calls and assist Guests with placing To-Go orders
• Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Able to operate POS system for transactions
• Enter orders in proper sequence
• Have knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest

About You

• Friendly, cheerful, courteous, caring, attitude and a neat clean professional image that's always ready to greet with a smile
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• No experience necessary
• Must be 18 or over
