Job summary

Chili's Hawaii is seeking energetic Team Members to join our Heart of House. Learn and execute our recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean, and follow safety and sanitation policies to ensure great shifts.

Join our ohana for a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $26.00 per hour, and opportunities for growth. We value teamwork and a positive attitude as we deliver Chili's experiences across Oahu.

Qualifications

• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to think and act quickly to keep orders moving.
• Experience with food service and food preparation is preferred.
• Comfort with using kitchen equipment and following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
• Maintains cleanliness throughout kitchen
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen

About the Job
