Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage leader to guide our restaurant operations in a hotel setting. You will lead daily service, energize a diverse team, and ensure impeccable guest experiences through collaboration with culinary colleagues.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

Lead daily restaurant and operations with energy and enthusiasm.

• Drive revenue goals and oversee cost management.

Does this sound like you?

• Must have 2 to 5 years of proven leadership experience in restaurant management in a hotel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A hands-on approach and a passion for mentoring and developing your team.
• A commitment to creating a guest-first environment.
• Must have Food Handler and TIPS certifications
• Food Manager certification a plus.
