Under the direction of the General Manager, the Manager is responsible for attaining the sales and profit targets established for Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering Retail.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to impact sales across all revenue areas.
• Enforce and execute marketing plans.
• Manage and control direct expenses, including labor, food costs, repairs, maintenance, discounts, and other expenses.
• Supervise and train all hourly employees, conduct quarterly reviews, and develop employees into shift managers.
• Attend weekly meetings with the General Manager to discuss opportunities.
• Build sales, manage staffing levels, labor costs, and food cost efficiencies.
• Oversee cash handling, building and equipment repairs, and enforce policies and procedures.
• Evaluate systems and procedures, provide feedback, and communicate marketing opportunities.
• Handle store emergencies and implement advertising and marketing strategies.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the General Manager.
• Participates in weekly meetings.
