Job summary

Tands Inc. in Hampton, VA is seeking experienced restaurant leaders to join our full-time team in person.

You will lead a crew, open and close operations, train new staff, and maintain a safe, welcoming dining environment while growing sales and your bonus potential. We offer a $3,500 sign-on bonus, affordable employer-backed medical/dental/vision insurance, paid overtime with weekly pay, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and a fully paid eight-week training program plus a referral bonus

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Management Experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
