Job summary

Tands Inc. is hiring for a full-time restaurant leadership role in North Carolina. The position requires leading a team to deliver excellent guest service and to manage daily operations, including opening and closing the restaurant, onboarding new staff, and ensuring a safe, clean environment.

Compensation includes hourly pay in the $16.00–$20.00 range with benefits such as paid overtime, health insurance options, a sign-on bonus, and opportunities for bonuses and career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Restaurant management experience preferred (1 year).
