Job summary

Tands Inc. in New Bern, NC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and ensure outstanding guest service. You will open and close the restaurant, onboard and train new staff, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

We offer a $16–$20/hour pay, a full-time schedule with overtime, and benefits including health coverage, a 401(k) match, vacation time, and a comprehensive training program to develop your leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Management Experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience: Restaurant Management: 1 year (Preferred)
