Job summary

Hotel Leveque is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the Restaurant & Bar operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage budgets in Green Bay, WI. The role emphasizes hospitality, training, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will lead daily operations, monitor costs, and ensure staff deliver high-quality service while maintaining a positive guest experience. Compensation ranges from $52,000 to $55,000 per year, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
  • Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze data figures and transcriptions generated by computer.
  • Knowledge of computer accounting programs and budgetary analysis capabilities.
  • Strong administrative skills including business writing and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to stand and walk for hours.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
  • Role requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, bending, listening and visual acuity.
  • Some college and/or advanced training in food operations preferred.
  • Prior restaurant and bar supervisory experience required; hotel restaurant experience preferred.
  • Ability to work calmly under stressful situations.
  • Maintain high level of guest satisfaction is an absolute requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the specified Restaurant & Bar
  • Ensure staff receive proper training on quality and service standards and have the tools to effectively carry out their duties
  • Achieve and maintain budgeted revenues as instructed by the Director of Food & Beverage
  • Maintain labor cost to meet or exceed budget through effective staff scheduling
  • Train staff in operational standards and follow-up on that training to ensure levels of service
  • Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals
  • Maintain set food and liquor costs
  • Maintain a floor presence during meal periods to ensure optimal guest service
  • Conduct routine brand standard audits to ensure optimal service execution
  • Complete additional duties as assigned by hotel leadership
