Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations. You will ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are maintained at all times and lead a team of hourly employees.

Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, training, performance coaching, and enforcing safety procedures while controlling costs and maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams and managing front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire hourly staff.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Knowledge of safety and food-handling procedures.
• Hands-on training and coaching of team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for front and back of house.
• Manage hourly employees including scheduling, evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Direct work tasks and set hours and duties around open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule FOH/BOH training for staff.
• Supervise food production ensuring recipe compliance and quality.
• Ensure safety and security measures at the restaurant.

Pay:

$55,000 - $80,000

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for making sure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and working in a kitchen.

As a Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities would include:

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
