Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction with a hands-on, lead-by-example style.
• Leads and motivates employees to maintain cost control and labor management.
• Inspects the establishment to ensure safety, health, and liquor standards compliance.
• Ensures daily sales summaries, petty cash forms, and payroll records are accurate.

• Inspects establishment and observes workers and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summary reports, petty cash reimbursement forms, and payroll records
